Terms and Conditions 1.. This offer is strictly subject to availability. 2. The booking customers must be aged 18 or over. 3. The coaching sessions are only available to children in the school years stated. It is the Customer’s responsibility to allow enough time to book their session in order to meet this deadline. 4. standard conditions apply to participation in coaching sessions and Customers must check for a full list of venues, information and further terms and conditions applying to booking for and participating in coaching sessions.

Definition

Activity – means any Camp, Club, Course, Event or Class organised and operated through any member of the BB Soccer.

Terms and Conditions – means the terms contained in this document and any other document referred to within it.

Bookings

Terms and Conditions for booking a place for your child on any Chequers Class


Chequers NC offers an online booking service, once the booking form has been completed and submitted, payment in full received and the booking validated by Chequers NC you will be sent confirmation of your booking via the email address you have provided. Bookings are subject to these Terms and Conditions which are explained below. Receiving email acknowledgement of payment is confirmation of your request to book a child on a class. For safety reasons we can only guarantee a place on ANY activity to those who book in advance. Those that arrive on the day will not be permitted to join in. Before booking please ensure your child can attend the class and meets the conditions for such activity as listed on our website. All bookings and flexi-bookings are subject to the right to cancel in writing (by e-mail to us) within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date that you receive e-mail acknowledgement of the booking pursuant to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Outside of this fourteen (14) day period all bookings confirmed by us are final and non-refundable unless you have paid for flexi-bookings with us at the time of booking which allows you to change or cancel a booking via e-mail.

Film/Photography


Chequers NC may from time to time take photographs/film of any Chequers NC session. The use of these is solely for promoting and publicising Premier activities through relevant literature, website, press and TV. Parents/guardians that do not wish for their child to be photographed/filmed must make Chequers NC aware of this at the time of booking. Chequers NC will hold all personal data in accordance with its Data Protection Policy.



Personal Property


Chequers NC cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings whilst attending a Chequers NC activity. Please ensure that no valuables are taken to any venue by your children. No electronic tablets, mobile phones or recording devices are permitted to be used during attendance of the event.


Health & Safety


A full risk assessment will be carried out before any activity takes place at a new venue. Chequers NC coaches hold a current Emergency Aid Certificate issued by an appropriate body. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you are providing consent for Chequers NC coaches to administer all necessary first aid to your child as required at any time. Any participant wearing earrings will need to have these removed prior to attendance or for newly pierced ears they must be covered with appropriate tape or be fitted with a plastic retainer from a reputable jeweller. It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to ensure appropriate clothing is worn and/or available for their child for the activity being undertaken and weather conditions.


Medical information


Any medical conditions that any participant may have must be fully disclosed

Wet Weather

Chequers NC does train in all weather conditions, unless its deemed unsafe to do so. We would expect members to arrive dressed accordingly to the weather condition. including having sun cream applied in hot weather conditions.


Leaving a​ Chequers NC session

Any child that is to be collected must be collected by a parent or guardian and such parent or guardian must sign the child out of the activity with a member o fChequers NC. Any child that normally walks home unaccompanied from any session will only be allowed to leave unaccompanied if a parent or guardian has provided written consent prior to the commencement of the activity.

Information


The information on this site is updated regularly. However, we hereby exclude any warranties (whether expressed or implied) as to the quality, accuracy, efficacy, completeness, performance, and fitness for a particular purpose of the site. These Terms and Conditions form the entire agreement between you and Chequers NC. By booking a class with Chequers NC you are acknowledging your full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and confirm that you have not relied on any other representation other than those contained within these Terms and Conditions. If any term within these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable by a competent Court then such term shall be struck out but the remaining terms within these Terms and Conditions shall continue in force to the full extent permitted by law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.


Booking Fee


A 4.5% additional fee is charged per booking. This is a platform fee taken by class for kids Ltd.



GDPR Law


Chequers NC is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy, and we’ll only use your personal information to administer your account and to provide the products and services you requested from us From time to time, we would like to contact you about our products and services, as well as other content that may be of interest to you.


Behaviour management in classes

Chequers NC has the right to suspend or expell a child from their classes for poor behaviour. This judgement is made by the head coach for behaviour that may endanger other children or staff. This also applies to children whom are disruptive in the class.


Special needs in ​Chequers NC classes

Chequers NC welcome children to a free trial in every class. If we find that your child's special needs are to specific for our class Chequers NC holds right to review your child's membership in the class issuing a refund if we cannot cater to your needs.


Kits

It is not mandatory that all children wear Chequers NC kit during our training session, but encouraged to do so
